I focus on balancing health through nutrition and lifestyle improvements here in California! Many clients and friends I speak with express the desire to be healthier while at work, but they don't really know where to start. That's where I come in; I've designed fun and interactive talks/workshops around health and wellness! I'd love an opportunity to host a zoom lunch and learn at your company to discuss best practices and strategies that are easy to implement in your day to day life.
